Flat Screen TVs and Home Contracts

With limited space, it seems like flat-screen TVs are a must. And according to an article on MSN, it’s being brought to the negotiating table with home sellers. The New York Times reports that home buyers these days are starting to ask if the TV will come with the apartment or condominium when they’re shopping around for a home to move into. A TV, is unlike the kitchen appliances and light fixtures that are typically included in a standard contract. If the mounted TV is taken off before the house is sold, realtors are asking sellers to also remove the brackets and patch up the holes left behind. And sometimes home buyers want their own contractor to fix things if they choose to buy a particular home, in that case realtors are negotiating a credit from the seller. And sometimes the opposite happens. The future buyers want the brackets left behind so they can mount their own flat screen televisions.

If you’re moving into a home with flat screen TV mounting option, the Atlanta local movers can help you with your professional move. We’re backed by four generations of moving experience so you have nothing to worry about.
