Thank you Atlanta Movers

You did such a wonderful job moving me and my growing family to our new home in Atlanta. I’m so lucky to have found your moving services online. It has been a real pleasure getting to know you’re moving company. I was very impressed with all of your standard services like the way you quilt padded some of my furniture and carefully loaded our moving truck with all of our heavy moving boxes. Thanks for being so professional All My Sons of Atlanta as well as being so efficient. Moving boxes and appliances got loaded and transported so fast, I couldn’t believe it. East Point, Georgia

The city of East Point according to Wikipedia is named for being the opposite end of the former Atlanta and West Point Railroad from West Point, Georgia. The city started with only 16 families residing in the area in 1870 but grew quickly after that with the railway, gristmills, distillery, buildings and factories. By 1880, East Point had two churches, a school, post office and it had also become a popular summer resort. By 1890, there was a housing boom with many properties were subdivided and developed, to build more homes, churches and places of work.
Today, East Point is a great city to live in with plenty of opportunity to see and do. Sports are a big deal around this area, with plenty of parks including Sumner Park, Sykes Park, Brookdale Park, Grayson Field and a few more. For families with younger kids, East Point operates under the Fulton County School System. Schools include Brookview, Hamilton E. Holmes Mount Olive, Parklane and Oak Knoll.

If you’d like to move into the East Point area, call All My Sons of Atlanta to do the job for you. We’re a licensed and insured moving company ready to tackle any job.

What Analysts Are Saying About Foreclosures

According to CNN, new home sales are still in the historic lows bracket, but existing home sales did increase. However the real estate market is still relying a lot on employment and unemployment. If people can’t find jobs they aren’t buying homes, and people who are out of work can’t hold onto their homes. According to CNN, the local Atlanta moving specialists learnt that almost 1 million homes will be repossessed this year and analysts are all singing a different tune with each their defferent methods of studying the real estate market. For example, the Atlanta movers learnt that Morgan Stanley reported that about 3.1 million borrowers are seriously delinquent with many of them expected to lose their homes. Chief economist with Moody’s Analytics said over 4 million are in trouble with half of those to go through with foreclosure. Amherst Securities estimates 11 million homes being in danger of being foreclosed on and LPS Applied Analytics said serious delinquencies will continue to increase and will not return to even rates until late 2012-2013.

Shopping for a Condo

When you’re looking to buy a condo there are a few things you should do besides touring the condo unit, pool and fitness center. Ask to see the reports from the condo association and figure out what people are complaining about.
